Michele Rizzo (IT/NL) / Frascati Producties
Michele Rizzo's Spacewalk takes you into a structure of possibilities and lets you land at places where movement continues behind closed eyelids. A magical experimental dance performance that was also part of Festival Something Raw 2017.
The development of technology and the evolution of our imagination have put our material world to the test. Our relation to the space that surrounds us has changed considerably, and we are increasingly understanding space to be influenced by our own representations and ideas. In Spacewalk, Michele Rizzo attempts to make this relationship tangible by looking for the visible in the invisible and the virtual in the material.
This performance was part of Festival Something Raw 2017.
